Inside Sales Executive

Position: Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients and leads.
• Clearly communicate project details, including location benefits, pricing, and amenities.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and the field sales team.
• Regularly follow up and maintain client engagement via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Accurately record customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Assist the on-ground sales team in closing deals.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to position offerings effectively.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales (real estate or service sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
