About the Role:

What Youll Be Doing:

• Speak with customers over inbound & outbound calls.
• Understand their needs and suggest the right products.
• Drive assisted sales using expert guidance.
• Maintain excellent communication and meet monthly targets.
• Use company tools to track leads and manage follow-ups.

• Strong verbal communication (English & Hindi – no grammar errors)
• Confidence, positive attitude & willingness to learn
