Responsibilities


  • Connecting to people who are already working and helping them choose programs that can enhance their careers.
  • 99% Inside Sales & 1% Outdoor Meetings
  • Need generation through cold calling & scheduling an appointment with the prospective leads
  • Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales)
  • Calling people from a list and convincing them to join our programs.
  • Telling professionals about our management courses that match their needs.
  • Keeping in touch with candidates by follow-up calls, sending them emails, and connecting them.
  • Keeping track of all the people interested in our programs.
  • Making sure to reach the monthly targets set for sales.
  • Following the steps before and after making a sale.
  • Working well with the team to sell more.


Requirements


  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Able to motivate yourself and aim to achieve your goals.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Can adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it.
