We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective buyers, and supporting the full sales lifecycle—from inquiry to closure. This is a high-growth role with attractive incentives for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, sharing accurate and appealing information with prospects.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth site visits and successful deal closures.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and actively contribute to team revenue goals.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, features, and availability.
Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
