Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and conducting testing efforts. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the necessary specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall success of the technology initiatives within the organization. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field is required.
