Analyze infrastructure-related expenditures including hardware, software, cloud services, and facilities. Develop cost models and forecasts for IT infrastructure budgets, supporting strategic financial planning. Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to identify trends, variances, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to track spending and assess return on investment (ROI). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual infrastructure cost reports for senior leadership. Support capacity planning by aligning cost forecasts with projected infrastructure growth and demand. Monitor and manage infrastructure vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve financial accuracy in forecasting models.
