Shift: 24x5 (Monday to Friday)

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Staff Nurse to join our occupational health team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care and health services to employees across our client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-aid and emergency care to employees on-site
• Support health surveillance and workplace wellness programs
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) teams
• Use MS Office and MS Teams for reporting and coordination
• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. in Nursing
• Valid nursing registration (KNC or equivalent)
• Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and MS Teams

Work Location:

• Bagmane Solarium City, Bangalore
• Manyata Embassy Business Park, Bangalore
• (Selected candidates must be willing to work at these locations)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
