Job Description

You will be the Industrial Sales Engineer responsible for promoting and selling industrial products and solutions to clients in the manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting technical presentations, and understanding customer requirements to provide suitable solutions. It is crucial to maintain relationships with existing clients, provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector. - Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions. - Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. - Negotiate terms and close sales with the support of the senior sales team. - Coordinate with internal teams like production, logistics, and customer support. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong technical understanding of industrial products and applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field. - 15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (Freshers with strong aptitude can also apply). - Experience in handling sales of industrial equipment, tools, or machinery is a plus. - Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
