Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Individual Loan Officer to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 6 years of experience driving Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables. Roles and Responsibility
Ensure onboarding of quality customers to maintain the highest portfolio quality.
Identify, source potential rural individual loan customers, and disburse loans according to internal processes and policies.
Conduct business and house verification for potential customers along with financial analysis to finalize the desired loan amount.
Enable business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.
Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.
Continuously follow up with overdue customers to ensure their repayment.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identity with existing and potential customer base.
Achieve the highest First Time Right (FTR) rate.
Engage in continuous learning and development programs to upskill.
Adhere to product, process, and company policies.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services is required.
Possess strong knowledge of financial analysis, business growth, and relationship building.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in conducting business and house verification is necessary.
Familiarity with financial products and services is preferred.
