Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), or NBFC industry.
Strong understanding of housing finance products such as home loans, mortgages, and LAPs.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
