Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Individual Loan Officer to join our team in Mehsaul Chowk, Sitamarhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables. Roles and Responsibility
Ensure onboarding of quality customers to maintain the highest portfolio quality.
Identify and source potential rural individual loan customers and disburse loans according to internal processes and policies.
Conduct business and house verification for potential customers along with financial analysis to finalize the desired loan amount.
Enable business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.
Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.
Continuously follow up with overdue customers to ensure their repayment.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identity with existing and potential customer base.
Achieve the highest First Time Right (FTR) rate.
Engage in continuous learning and development programs to upskill.
Adhere to product, process, and company policies.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
Possess strong knowledge of financial products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications is necessary.
