Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi and English.
• Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding common customer concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hindi (verbal and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
• 03 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center or support role.
• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
