& Summary

This role would require supporting the Project Management Office in the coordination, tracking, and reporting of projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and are delivered efficiently.

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities under the guidance of senior PMO staff.
Support project managers in maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and deliverables.
Communicate project updates and findings to stakeholders and PMO leadership.
Monitor project progress and performance, gathering data to assist in the preparation of status reports and presentations.
Utilize project management software and tools to track project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify potential issues or risks in projects and report them to senior PMO staff for resolution.
Keep abreast of industry trends and project management methodologies to bring innovative solutions to the team
Prepare and distribute standardized project status reports, dashboards and metrics. Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Mandatory skill sets

Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using project management tools to enhance client and project outcomes.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.
Expertise in dashboard creation
