Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary role of the position will be the test authoring and execution on software developed.
Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback and deliver quality
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
To develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
Perform manual and automated testing
Maintaining traceability matrix
Test data preparation and execution
Defect tracking and monitoring it to closure [e.g JIRA]
Escalating issues / risks to leads
Keeping the test artifacts up-to-date in central repository
Good communication & analytical skills
Experience in managing team
Knowledge about performance and automation testing
