Software Tester

Position

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the software.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the software.
• Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web and mobile testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in web and mobile testing.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, playwrite or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Good Knowledge on API testing
