Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Insurance Sales) Job Description: We're looking for talented Customer Success Associates to join our team! As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for outbound calling customers to sell health, life, or motor insurance plans. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Outbound calling customers to sell insurance plans - Building relationships with customers and understanding their insurance needs - Providing excellent customer service and support Requirements: - Graduate degree (Fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome!) - Excellent communication skills in English - Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus - Prior experience in the BFSI industry, primarily insurance, is an added advantage, but not mandatory Process Details: - Insurance sales through outbound calls - Premium domestic process - Health OR Life OR Motor insurance plan sales Shift Details: - Day shifts only - Females: 9-hour shift between 9 AM till 8 PM (flexible shifts: 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm) - Males: 9-hour shift between 9 AM till 8 PM (flexible shifts: 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm & 12pm-9pm) Salary Range: - 25,000 to 31,000 CTC, negotiable based on last/current drawn salary Joining Requirement: - Immediate joiners preferred How to Apply: If you're a motivated and sales-driven individual looking for a new challenge, apply now to join our team and be part of our growth story!
