• Experience

• 8+ years in IT
• 8+ years in IAM/IGA tools
• 2+ years in team/project leadership

• Skills

  :
• Access management protocols (like SAML, OAuth, LDAP)
• Programming (PowerShell, SQL)
• Networking & OS basics
• Familiar with Agile & DevOps

Main Responsibilities (Explained Simply):

1. Lead Projects & Teams

• Manage a team that works on identity access systems.
• Lead projects where systems are set up or improved to manage user access.

1. Hands-On IAM/IGA Work

• Work with popular identity tools like

  Saviynt (preferred)

  ,

  SailPoint

  , or

  Okta

  .
• Set up and integrate these tools with internal systems and 3rd party/cloud apps.

1. Access Control & User Management

• Make sure users are given proper access based on roles (Role-Based Access Control).
• Ensure only authorized users have access, and remove access when they leave.

1. Security Governance

• Set up policies for security and access.
• Ensure systems follow

  audit

  and

  compliance

  requirements.

1. Improve Processes

• Identify better ways to manage identities and suggest process improvements.
• Use tools and automation to make things smoother and faster.

1. Technical Configuration

• Customize workflows, rules, and forms related to user access.
• Work with technologies like

  PowerShell, SQL, Windows, Linux

  etc.

1. Communication

• Explain technical things clearly to non-technical people (business stakeholders, other teams).
• Possibly present updates to clients or senior management.
