IB Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with IB curriculum standards.
✅ Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student inquiry and critical thinking.✅ Prepare teaching materials and resources to support differentiated learning.✅ Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.✅ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.✅ Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary learning activities.✅ Participate in curriculum development, workshops, and IB training programs.✅ Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.✅ Uphold the IB philosophy and learner profile within the school environment.✅ Ensure compliance with IB policies and procedures.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
✔ IB Certification or willingness to undertake IB training.✔ Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB school.✔ Excellent command of English (spoken and written).✔ Strong organizational and classroom management skills.✔ Passion for inquiry-based learning and international education.✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
