Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruitment Intern located in Tirupati. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR tasks, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. Duties also include supporting HR management in various HR functions and participating in ongoing HR projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of JD’s and implementation
• Knowledge in portals like Naukri ,Linkedin.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Note: Free Internship - Based on performance it will be converted to full time employment.
