Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Lucknow. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support HR management activities, ensuring that all HR operations are aligned with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
