Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing overall HR functions. They will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee records, and support talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Min 1 year of Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in handling Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
