About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers practical experience in implementing recruitment technology, managing interview coordination, and supporting the hiring lifecycle. Ideal for someone keen to explore modern recruitment practices and platforms. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and testing of a digital recruitment platform Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and locations Liaise with candidates and hiring managers for smooth interview logistics Maintain and update candidate trackers, dashboards, and feedback forms Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms Draft and publish job descriptions and intern requisitions Help streamline offer release, onboarding checklists, and candidate engagement Who You Are A graduate or postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) in HR or Management Strong interest in recruitment, HR tech, and candidate experience Good with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and communication (written & verbal) Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented Prior internship or project in hiring is an added advantage
