Job Title: HR Recruiter Freshers & Experienced

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Full-time, Work from Office)
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 per month (For both freshers & experienced)
Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers
Assist in onboarding selected candidates
