Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs
Use portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna and networks to find candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain recruitment data and reports

HR Operations

Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation • Coordinate onboarding, engagement, and policy rollouts • Support attendance, leave management, and performance cycles • Identify training needs and organize in-house and external programs • Track training effectiveness and promote continuous learning

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and basic HR tools.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
