Role & responsibilities

• Handling end to end recruitment for operation unit like Repayment, EMI QC, RMU, EPU, Booking, Smartdesk, Contact Centre(Voice & Email), Tele Collections (Rural & Urban), and Telesales:Voice Process ( Volume Hiring)
• Sourcing of candidates through various channels
• Organizing various levels of interviews and coordinating with panel on candidate assessment.
• Managing complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening, Identifying, Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic ,scheduling interviews with respective Business Head
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
• Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
• Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy
• Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
• Monitoring and streamlining of recruitment process
• Closure of all approved positions/vacancies as per requisition through Job Portals /IJP/ Internal referrals/ Consultants
• Undertake training, development and initiatives for knowledge transfer with HR team members
• Maintaining Recruitment Statistics and MIS reports.
• Updating the recruitment database accordingly and providing daily and weekly reports on the recruitment status to the top management.
• Regular Audit of recruitment process
• Regular data analysis and ensuring corrective actions by the HR team
