Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an HR executive/generalist role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail Proficient in Excel and HRMS tools/platforms Outgoing, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
