Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews. Conduct background checks and support new hire onboarding. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries about policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and maintain accurate records. Provide employees with necessary benefits information and support. Record Keeping & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. HR Initiatives & Support: Assist with performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement. Provide administrative support for HR-related events and projects. Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting. General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and assist with day-to-day tasks. Perform other HR duties as required.
