About the Role: We are hiring a HubSpot Developer to join a high-impact, global team modernizing web platforms for a North American organization. This full-time hybrid role is based in Kolkata or Bangalore , offering exciting challenges in building AODA-compliant websites and leading digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Build and maintain mobile-responsive websites using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub . Ensure WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility compliance across all pages and templates. Create branded emails, automation workflows, and integrate tools like GA4 , GTM , and Google Ads . Collaborate with global UX and marketing teams. Support content migration, QA, documentation, and stakeholder training. Experience : 5+ years Location : Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid) Engagement Type : Freelance / Contract Duration : 3-6 Months (Approx. 100 hours per month) Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Freelance HubSpot Specialist for a 36 month contract engagement. You will play a critical role in migrating and optimizing HubSpot solutions to meet our business and client needs. This role requires deep technical expertise in HubSpot and the ability to work effectively within a hybrid model based in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Lead and significantly contribute to end-to-end HubSpot migration, integration, implementation and configuration across various Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.). Execute and manage complex data, content and other assets migrations from existing Hubspot instance into a new HubSpot instance, ensuring data and content integrity. Optimize existing HubSpot portals for performance, usability, and process efficiency. Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and internal systems. Demonstrable track record of successful, complex HubSpot projects (development, implementation, migration). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong self-management and communication skills suitable for a freelance engagement. Must be currently based in Pune, Maharashtra.
