Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS accurately and timely.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for monthly inputs and audits.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure company-wide compliance with regulations.
  • Track and manage leave records, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance filings (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and government inspections.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Support HR team in performance management, engagement activities, and data reporting.
  • Create HR dashboards, MIS reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
