Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales of residential projects through site visits, presentations, and client interactions.
Build and manage a strong network of Channel Partners to support sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure a smooth sales process.
Conduct tele-calling and follow-ups with leads and brokers to drive site visits.
Assist in documentation and maintain accurate sales records.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Ensure timely reporting and MIS updates to the Site Head.

Age:
22-32 years
Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate.

Experience: 5
-12 years in residential real estate sales with team handling experience
Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, market knowledge, and willingness to travel
