Job Description

Position: HR-Recruitment & Payroll

Company: ThinkRight, a sister concern of Triumph Auto – Tata Motors.

Location: Gurgaon Sector 34, near Hero Honda chowk
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Support onboarding and documentation process
Attendance & leave management: accurate records & monthly reconciliation Monitoring daily attendance of employees
Coordination with location coordinators
Handling joining formalities and induction of new employees
Preparing, sending, and receiving signed bond / agreements from new joiners
Maintaining proper and complete employee files
