for current and future hiring
Participate in
campus recruitment drives
and manage interview logistics
Prepare and manage HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates)
Maintain and update
MIS reports
and Excel trackers
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Ensure
timely closure
of all open positions
