Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter (Male) to join our team at a reputed MNC based in Sanand. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
• Must be comfortable working from Sanand location
