The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with candidates, collaborate with team members, and liaise with management. A strong background in talent acquisition and HR management is essential to ensure alignment with our company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.Eastern New Mexico University+1Reddit+1 HR Management: Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR recruitment and management roles. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. Certifications in HR or recruitment.
