IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles (e.g., Network Engineers, System Admins, Cloud Architects, DevOps, Security Analysts).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening, technical assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence in IT Infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in IT recruitment with a
mandatory focus on IT Infrastructure roles
.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and terminologies.
Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
