Job Description

dedicated and sharp HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments (technical & non-technical)
  • Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, references, and field visits when needed
  • Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with department heads
  • Following up with candidates till joining
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team

Who Can Apply:

  • Prior experience working with 

    placement agencies

     or 

    recruitment consultancies

     will be given 

    preference

  • Must have 

    good command over English

     (spoken and written)
  • Should be 

    target-oriented

    , proactive, and organized
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or any relevant field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
