HR Intern

Position: HR Intern (Paid Internship)
Location: Infopark, Kochi

Duration: 3 to 6 months
Stipend: Paid
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (as per team schedule)

Eligibility:

• Recent graduates or final-year students from the 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch.
• Native candidates from Kochi preferred.
• Candidates from HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate screening.
• Help with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support daily HR operations and data management.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Learn and work on HRMS tools and internal systems.
