Job Description

  • Recruitment (Primary Role – 70-80%)
  • Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical/managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage interview schedules, feedback, and selection processes.
  • Draft and roll out offer letters and maintain hiring trackers.
  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.

General HR Support (Secondary Role – 20-30%)

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in orientation and induction programs.
  • Support HR documentation and policy communication.
  • Help with attendance and leave management.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in performance appraisal coordination.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruitment
  • Graduation required​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
