HR Executive Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions to support the organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.

3. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.

4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

6. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
