• Screening and evaluating candidatesThis involves reviewing resumes, assessing technical skills, and conducting interviews.
• Creating job descriptionsThis involves working with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post openings on job boards.
• Attending job fairsThis involves participating in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Developing recruitment goals and objectivesThis involves setting hiring goals and managing communication with candidates.
• Conducting follow-upThis involves regularly following up, calling and with candidates to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
