Screening of CV according to job specifications and requirements. Conducting preliminary interviews & sourcing the suitable profiles. Salary negotiation and finalization of date of joining with candidates. Preparing MIS and updating record keeping & Others related works to HR Business Development Executive will help clients to identify business opportunities in the target locations. Develop new business for Client via telephone and mass communication such as email, outbound calling and/or social media. Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects & Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel and able to coordinate with the client for an end to end shipment of Project. Qualifications Ability and experience of having impressive pitching and positioning Candidate must come with high energy & enthusiasm and ambitious Good communication skills Experience - 1-2 Years Qualification - Graduation (Min)
