Role & responsibilities

Prospect identification through cold calling/ email marketing- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
Create sales pipeline and hand- off qualified opportunities to team lead
Provide a professional competent phone and online interaction with global customers especially with ANZ prospects
Generate leads which should lead to meetings/ demos.
Follow- up calls, email to prospects and take it to satisfactory closure
Idea of Schedule appointments and meeting for management & marketing personnel.
Communicate and articulate clearly with the clients (in both verbal and written English).
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM
Possess ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication, to take the lead in understanding client needs, and to organize subsequent interactions, follow- ups with supervisor
Keep sales tool updated with all prospect details and important notes

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills.
Must be well organized and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast- paced environment
Must be motivated towards constantly improving their sales and technical skills
Work on Online database tools and business promotions
Ability to learn quickly and apply that learning to interactions with prospects
