The HR Operations team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to employees, partners, and stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our employees from the time of hiring to retirement. As a member of our team, you will be the initial point of contact for handling daily inquiries regarding HR policies and programs, as well as providing support and coordination for established processes. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to company employees by addressing commonly asked HR questions, carrying out HR Operations activities and tasks, supporting internal stakeholders and partners in the successful implementation of various HR programs, tools, policies, processes, and services, meeting specified quality and resolution times for all assigned support tickets, following the Tier 1 to Tier 2 escalation procedures, ensuring data accuracy in multiple HR tools, maintaining compliance with relevant legal requirements, conducting data integrity audits to prevent negative impacts, contributing to the employee self-service strategy through the creation of thorough and up-to-date knowledge articles, and promoting adherence to processes and policies. Basic qualifications for this role include a minimum of 1 year of customer service or related business experience and fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday and ServiceNow or another ticketing system, providing HR services to any region, HR data management experience, familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functionalities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills.
