Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Dharapuram. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and food & beverage services. The manager will ensure the hotel runs smoothly, upholds high standards of cleanliness and service, and meets financial objectives. Responsibilities also include improving guest satisfaction, managing hotel staff, and coordinating with various departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in General Management and Business Management
• Prior Experience in Hotel Industry or management roles.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Budgeting and financial management
• Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong networking in the Hotel Industry, to hire professional staff when need arises.
• Ability to work on-site in Dharapuram
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Honesty, Hardworking, reliant and smart work completes your profile.
