Job Title:

Hospital Manager – Ayurveda & Siddha (3–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and committed Hospital Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing Ayurveda or Siddha hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, staff coordination, patient care management, and AYUSH compliance at our Madathukulam center.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital including OP/IP care, pharmacy, therapy units, and front office

Lead and coordinate medical and non-medical staff for seamless service delivery

Ensure strict compliance with AYUSH norms and maintain accurate documentation

Oversee patient experience, address concerns, and implement quality care measures

Maintain and monitor hospital inventory and supply chain

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the administrative team for efficient functioning

Contribute to marketing, health camps, and patient outreach programs

Handle audits, licensing, and all regulatory documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

3–5 years of experience in Ayurveda/Siddha hospital administration

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Familiarity with traditional treatment protocols and patient-centered care

Good knowledge of AYUSH operational standards and government guidelines
