We are a well-established medical hospital located in Talegaon Dabhade, committed to providing quality healthcare services to the community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee and manage the hospital's day-to-day administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall administrative functions of the hospital, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Coordinate between departments such as medical, nursing, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and financial reporting
• Handle staff management including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and legal standards
• Liaise with medical staff, patients, vendors, and external agencies
• Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 5–7 years of proven experience in hospital administration or a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices
• Ability to handle crisis situations and make timely decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
