Job Title: Hospital Floor Manager Location: Indore Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospital Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of patient care floors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain high standards of hygiene and patient service, and manage staff efficiently to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily activities on assigned hospital floors. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure timely and quality patient care. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the floor. Address patient and family concerns with empathy and prompt resolution. Ensure availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies. Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Assist in emergency situations and facilitate quick response from relevant teams. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and infection control protocols. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital administration or floor management. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Knowledge of hospital operations, patient care protocols, and medical terminology is preferred. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
