Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales: Sourcing new business through various channels, including open market and developer relationships.  Building and maintaining client relationships for repeat business and referrals.  Meeting clients, verifying documents, and processing loan applications.  Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals.  Processing: Guiding clients through the loan application process, from initial inquiry to disbursement.  Ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.  Coordinating with various departments for loan sanction and disbursement.  Checking CIBIL reports and verifying financial documents.  Management: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet home loan targets.  Leading and managing sales teams.  Monitoring sales performance and making adjustments as needed.  Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents and builders.  Providing customer service and addressing client queries.  Other: Staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.  Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.  Preparing and maintaining reports on sales and loan processing activities.
