. We are now looking for a dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital platforms, cold calling, referrals, and field activities. Manage and nurture incoming leads to convert them into qualified prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations. Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure repeat and referral business. Maintain accurate lead and sales tracking in CRM systems. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation and real estate sales (minimum 3 years). Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with internal departments. Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
