Description

We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various non-IT positions. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or those looking to start their career in this field.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and records
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the development of job descriptions and interview questions
Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with candidates

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of various job roles and requirements in non-IT sectors
